Coolest computer case evar!!!1

Post by 0m3g4Muff1n987 »

What do you guys think is the coolest-looking computer case in the world? Post a pic and why. I partly need to know because I might build one sometime and I need to know which case to get, to maximize coolness. And I was wondering what your guys' opinions were on them.

I think not the coolest looking, but the best-functioning case in the world is the Cooler Master Cosmos. Sure you can't see the sexy insides, but it's very quiet, has a flawless tool-less design and has 4 120mm fans for cooling. But if I built a computer, I would never have a whole lot of heat or noise because I'd probably be using fairly mid-high range parts so I probably wouldn't need this case.

The ASUS Vento 3600 definitely looks the coolest, but there are others with better functionality. Most namely, the Antec 900.

I have a Cooler Master 690: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6811119137

The antec 900 is 40 bucks more, but for 40 less I got the CM 690 case which provides cooling to my 8800 GTX 768 MB and Q6600.

The CM 690 case is great for a budget build.

The Vento makes me want to hurt things. I like AeroCool's cases that are styled with jet engine-type fans on them.

Anyway, I hate alienware cases. Probably the same reason I hate that train.

But seriously, It'd be nice to see a PC with a case that is a mini fridge. I wonder if it would help cool it down or if you'd fuck the fridge up to much by cutting out the back.

Some day, I'm going to attach my old computer parts to a mobile, and have it suspend from the ceiling.
