My roommate finally got our projector working (hopefully) so it will be ready for the Super Bowl

There was a problem with the temperature sensor so it would just randomly shut off thinking that it was overheating. We replaced one of the fans that was barely pushing any air and overrode one of the sensors so it should be good to go.

In the wacky world(/wizard) of Oz, us foster drinking, shrimp on teh barbie eating, boomerang throwin' people actually have to send our 360's out via 'roo-mail. We use paper cup n string communication devices to talk to microsoft customer service (which is exported to India, so the string is an inch longer than longcat) saying its red ringed then they send us e-'roo-mail, give us a code, we write that down on our box that we shove the 360 in and send if off ourselves postage paid. So unlike you, we don't get a box sent to us, we have to do it ourselves (even carving the box with our bare hands)...Wait a week since Australian workforce is skilled and because with an install base of 330k, there is less demand for repairs...

But yes, what the above says is that I'm surprised that you have to do it a different way. Hope you get it back soon

Went to my game store today, and got my Psp exchanged for one with a screen protector and working battery. I go home to test the battery to make sure it charges, and after I see that it does I discover they left a 1gb memory card in it when they gave it too me.

$20 saved. I also found out unlike my other Psp, which had the 3.80 software, this one has 2.81, which means I don't have to use a pandora battery to downgrade it. Today is a good day.

W00t, my mom's computer is almost fully operational. Yay for upgradeable laptop HD's.

Oh yeah, and I'm getting much better at GHIII. I'm playing only medium now, and I can almost play Bulls on Parade on Expert without failing (I always fail at that one certain part though.)
