How would you get a covenent unit into a turret of a hog?

I was making turrets for certain levels and they worked fine, and yet when i tried making a covenent go in it, it wouldn't.

I changed the gunner name to GT-gunner for this as well as checked, AI can use, and other things that were neccessary, but it still won't work. Can anybody please help with this? This is my first mod that I actually worked alot in and I want to get it right.

you have to make them spawn in it. the actv or actr which normally has nothing in it make that be the covie unit you want.
