Pelican not working

My problem is that i get a Pelican into Death Island, and it doesn't work. I have tried everything I made every seat drivable and I could fly it but I wouldn't be able turn certain directions. If you know a fix any help would be appreciated. :(

Are you try to fly it like banshee cause it doesnt
