Yes because the body prefers to turn sugar (glucose) into energy rather than fat because you need less oxygen for that procedure.

just clean your face daily... once in the morning, and then at night. this is what i do... im not a fag or whatever.. but it helps

use face cleanser
use a moisturizer stripper
put on the pimple cream stuff... any kinda that works

you can jsut go to a walgreens or something to get all that. and it works. i get pimples easily, but i dont have them cuz i take care of my face by doing that lil 3 step thing. it really helps... take it from someone not in a commercial...

So far I've had the best luck by just not touching my face or as Xero said, just leaving the pimples alone. The cream helps a little, but the best way is to just ignore them.

yeah thats the best way, but alot of people are self concious. i am. i cant stand them they make such a difference. also, it can depend on what you eat.. like greasy stuff.
