Please someone right now i really really need those maps converted to CE. anyone that wants credit for helping with the mac version of this mod, please contact me i will give you information on how to do this. I would really appreciate it if someone helped me out here. :cry:

agreed, me and bcnipod can convert the original CE maps to work fine in mac. Because I really want to play this mod without maps crashing

seeing how no one in the beta team is willing to help you guys on the mac end ill do it. guess this is why PepNess has only been and always will be two people >_>

anywho..

give me a list of what maps you need converted followed by a tut on how i convert them for you guys. just reply here. ill have it up sometime tonight after you post.

hope that helps. i didnt want to do it myself cause doing this for the past 2 months took alot out of me and i figured someone would try to take some weight off my shoulders but i guess not. as i said.. just let me know what you need and gimme some directions here on how to..

ok.

Maps: a10, a50, c40, all Multiplayer maps, UI file

process:
1. follow this tut: here
or use this app: or here
2. open all the maps in CE
3. make a minor change in each (like moving something a tad over then moving it back)
4. save each map then send them to me[/url]

no i mean Halo Custom Edition, so i can actually have real CE maps to convert.

You know changing the header doesn't make it a ce map right?

i know, changing the header makes it recognizable in CE as a map, then when you save it, the map will be a CE map.

Umm... how do you move something without having the tags? Sapian doesn't edit .map's.

Ok, the REAL way to make it CE is too...
1. Extract the tags with hek+
2. Do your moving thingy in sapien
3. Make tool compile the scenario
4. Umm... you have a ce map.

now i think call the claims for people calling this mod epic have a valid reason for being so!

If you had read above, Pepsi said he was going to tell the staff when he wanted it in outstanding so all the feedback can be finished and such as Caboose said. You really need to stop being so negative about the bugs. :?

Well, if anythings gonna prevent you from getting in there thats it. Though I did forget the waiting detail, had I remembered I wouldn't have posted that. :?

i didnt check the post render box so it didnt give the effects, its cool, but its too dark in some places, cough buildings, to see, did found one funny thing
