Cool Site Idea. (PHP)

I want to design a site, where people can make profiles about what they're good at. Such as, Gaming, Modding, Getting Girls, what ever.

So, on their profile, a button to start a Live chat will be there. The user can click it, and the user who got his Live Chat button clicked, is notified, and they can accept the chat, or not. The notification will include the users name, and an accept or decline button. When the chat is over, the user can rate how well the person helped them. Like, 1 out of 10. The person will be awarded 1 to 10 points based on that. Points can do stuff later. Such as, You will need 10 points to be helped, but can earn that by helping someone. You could start out with say 50. Also, if the chat is going on, and another user tries to click the Live Chat button, it will say that it is in use, please hold. Or something.

The main page will just include like a logo, and a search bar, which will search the tags of what all the people can help with. It will include a Offline, and Online image as well for the member. And below all that, just the top users (most points) will be shown.

Well I know some PHP and MySQL so I might be able to help a bit (not saying I like PHP). I am not very good at visual stuff though like nice pictures and templates though.

I have ideas to contribute to this, but am far too lazy to do the coding. I'm not much of a team programmer. I find it difficult to work with something someone else created.
