No. You just host the .serenity patch here and it gets automatically uploaded.

I saw none added after the merge. It appears only those from the Files forum have it. We'll see if you get it now.

There's no indication that it is automatic. If you didn't post a lot, or didn't do anything noticeable, you probably don't have it. Your joined date does not automatically guarantee you anything.

Then in my opinion it doesn't serve it's purpose really.
