HUD editing?

I've been trying to figure it out for some time now, but I cannot edit the Hud of MasterChief. I tried randomly extracting Hud bitmaps hoping I
would find the Radar and health system. I think I've got'em, but when
I load it into PhotoShop Cs2, I always get some wiered colored bar
instead of any Huds. Does anyone know how to do it?

lol the weird color bar... Try looking at the alpha channel

No problem. Help is better later than never, right? Anyway, thanks
for it, but I'm running CS2PhotoShop. I'm not sure if yours is the same
or not, but I go down to select channels, but alpha isn't there.
Any ideas?

If thats the issue then the bitmaps not extracted correct at all.
