flying news camara drones

I'm trying to allow spectators on my map like the flying collisionless invisible elites of mlg games although I would like to use the news camera drone (found in cinematics on one of the first levels) because knowing someone saw you get that stick on someones dome makes it even better
problems are I don't know how to make a elite fly with entity (should I revert to efb or something) secondly when I replace the elite model with the news drone it doesn't turn when the player controlling turns, it stays in one orientation any ideas suggestions?

Make the elite hlmt the camera's then use this app to make it fly.
