The numbers define the range...the maximum distance for welding between the vertexes themselves.

u should only select the verts in the middle not all of them

Maybe try welding only the vertices around the edge of the hole

set the bump map level to a negative like if its 100 then set it to -100

Um, that's quite improper. Furthermore, why would your bump be flipped if you're using the correct normal maps that Entity gives you, as you should be? There is no reason to use the bad black-and-white bump maps, primarily because they are bad and incorrect in every way. Use a recent version of Entity to get the normal map, which is true to the in-game utilization of the bitmaps.

The diffuse/bump is a bit too clean, and the edges seem like they could be a little...sharper? Hard to describe, but the edges of some parts just look weird to me.

Well the normal map to it is is not done correctly I am going to fix it as soon as I finish with the rubber on my new diffuse.

TO GTAF: As I said with Tural the bump is a off I have a different diffuse map. I will post it up in a bit.

By "clean" I meant it doesn't look battle scarred, a la Chief/Spartan from Halo 3.
