I know its a bit early to start talking about it, but I've seen a couple trailers and it looks really good. I've always like Will Smith as an actor, and I think he fits this role quite well. What is everyone else's opinion on the movie/Will Smith?

Me either. I really love these survival type movies, especially ones on the 'epic' (in the sense of the scope of the story) side of the scale.

Yea I plan on seeing it also im sure I can get opening day tickets seeing as how my brother in-law works for my local theatre.

When I first heard about it a while back I was pretty excited. I also like the good old survival movies...especially when dealing with zombies (vampires, zombies, close enough). After seeing the trailers I'm not that excited for it now. I'll still go see it when it comes out though, hopefully it will kick some ass.

Garbage in, garbage out to sum it up. Still, Will Smith usually plays in clean movies, so I think it'll be fine to watch.

I think it'd be fine as PG-13, but if it were R, ok then, that just means extra gore and extra other things.

I think it looks really good, I can't wait to go see it.

I went to see Saw IV and "I Am Legend" was one of the previews. The preview that I seen before I went to the movies was horrible compared to the theatrical version. It looked amazing. I can't wait to go see it, Will Smith is going to own this movie.

The first time I saw a trailer I thought that for some reason mankind disappeared and animals were taking over (the deer and lion scene) but I know now... And I hate seeing mutant dogs.. They bother me.

I never saw GIR's link, if that's what you were talking about. It didn't work for me, Apple's website had 2 trailers at the time, one was quite a bit better.. Not entirely sure if either of those were the one you saw though. Do tell (I want to see it if it's not
