I also had this problem and fiqured it out fast. Heres what you do.

1. Open A Map
2. Goto Sound
3. Pick A File
4. Click Save Track
5. Save it as a Wav and Same File Name.
6. Yet it's really screwed.
7. I fiqured out how to fix it by noticing that I saved it as a wave but when I saved it, it wasn't.
8. So I added a .wav to the end of sound.
9. Heres an Example ( You Have MasterChiefWalk and add .Wav giving you MasterChiefWalk.wav which Converts it to a Wav.
10. Now just import it into Halo Map Tools V3.
11. Save and ur done.

To play .wav files just use "Musicmatch Jukebox" it plays them fine.

You need the "Xbox ADPCM codec" for .wav sounds. Just do a google search for it and you will find it no prob. For the .ogg files, just use Winamp to play them. :)

I agree, but you can also get iTunes as a seperate download. I use it for all my jukebox stuff.

I wouldn't recommend it for playing back the Halo sounds, though.
