That's the first good review I've ever heard from the guy.

Good review, or review where he said the game was good?

All his reviews are "Good". I've agreed with everything he's said 100% in all of the reviews... And also, the fact that he rated the orange box so high was the main reason I wanted to get it (I also played Psychonauts, a game I'd never even heard of before... It was definitely worth my time, but I didn't buy it)

And finally... didn't have criticism on a game.

I just beat the game. The game itself was amazing.

Although, I think the ending could've been a little better as well as the song at the end.

That's good. Most reviewers absolutely fail at accurately reviewing a game.

He's an entertainer first, a reviewer second. His reviews are made to be comedic, they are not to be taken as factual and literal 100% of the time.

Well, I can run HL2, CS:S and DoD:S all on medium graphics. HL2 ep1 crashes once it gets to the load for some reason, though. :/

EP1 just seems to be notorious for problems. I had to run it at directX 7... You could try that as well (Add -dxmode 70 into the launch options)

So, it will run on DirectX 7 but not 9?

I've almost beat it, and I must say, it's currently one of my favorite games :) I can't stop playing it.

I played the rest of the game at it without any problems whatsoever. However, I'm sure I could have switched it back to 9 again after I got past the crash zone, but I just got so tired of watching the game crash... I haven't had any real problems with Episode 2 though.

I have been playing with portals way before Portal was released.

Seriously though, How can you have a walkthrough for it. It's seriously easy, even GlaDoS helps you through the way.[/img]

Some parts were confusing for me. As they may be for others as well.
Not so much the concept, but what you have to do and where. I think I just got anxious to beat it and wasn't thinking with portals.
