This will sound stupid but what is SE3 I've done a few searches and can't figure it out.

Ok... what you are refering to as 'SE3' is SparkEdit 3, a map veiwer and map editor with the ability to clone stuff, move stuff, and other features.
No offence dude but its sorta sad that u dont kno wat Sparkedit is... (unless ur talkin bout sumthin else)
