Almost perfect, only the handheld under the pin needs to be rigged, and the pin is a bit shorter.
Gooood work.

I think it looks amazing, Except the hammer thing itself looks a little to thick.

Some of the minor details are left out, but it's really good.

EDIT: About V2, a ton better, but I think the face should be flat, like in your first ones, if you're going to accuracy.

Overall, very hawt.

the blade in the back is one third as thick as the moar yours is just a fraction. there's some errors with your smoothing. other than that looks great. i can't say best remake model of the hammer cuz this would be the first i've seen.

Dude, 7/10 out of a amateurs eyes... that below average. That means it's like 4/10 out of a modelers eyes basically which it is not.

I'm pretty sure an amateur modeler can rate something the same way an expert modeler could, It really depends on how well you've looked at the original.
I would give it a 8/10 overall at it's stage, which is pretty nice. I can't wait to see that baby Finished and UVW'd.

nice 1 man, that looks very accurate in my opinion(trust me i beat every dificulty of h3 up to mythic in 1 sitdown; ONLY took me 3 days lol), id give it a 9 out of 10 and IF u are going to put that into ce and show cmt up on it(no offense to cmt their maps r INTENSE!), but the gravity hammer effect in halo ce graphics, even with the fast shaders, would be kind of difficult making it look decently accurate be4 h3vista comes out, lol(I hope).

id give it 6/10 for custom. points off for acuracy, and smoothing errors.
