Earthquake in California...
Yeah, an earthquake struck California at 8:04 P.M. on October 30th. I was watching the Charlie Brown Halloween Special with my brother (he made me) when it happened.
There's been no reports of damage or injury so far, and it lasted for 10-12 seconds, according to ABC News. Also, supposedly there's been four aftershocks, though I haven't felt any.

It was a pretty mild earthquake here in Martinez. I was sitting in my chair at work and the theater started to shake. My seat went side to side but that was about it. My friend who was visiting from New York was bummed that he didn't feel it. But for us Californians...It was nothing
Also, in the next 25 years we are due for a 7.0 earthquake that will decimate large portions of cities. Rescue personal teams are already being trained (Yes, I've sat through the countless hours of SAR training where we are told how to rescue people from damaged buildings and such. It's a lot of work but well worth it.) If you can't find enough time to join Search and Rescue, find out about CERT. Help your community when everything goes to pieces.

You're still living in the 50's, with all those crap horror films.iGeo wrote:Yeah, those black widow spiders wiped out an entire city the other day.Dsoup wrote:I'd rather have mild earthquakes then all that poisonous crap in Australia.

Wait, is that true? I hope not...

For anybody still wondering where FTD has gone, here it is.
