Map File Names

Alright, I am a newbie to Halo modding (and this fourm) but certainly not to Halo. So please be patient with me.

I am trying to replace the Warthog with a Banshee in the level "Halo", like BOLL did. My question is: what is the file name for "Halo"? All the maps in the "MAPS" folder are MP maps, 'cept for the "a##" files.

I can't get this mod to work. I'm using HMT3. I've gone in, changed the vehicles around, and selected 3rd Person Entrance, 3rd Person, Drives Vehicle, and fires weapon. The seat is set to zero. Help me!

woah slow down sparky, all u need 2 do is copy the banshee meta and paste it over the warthog's meta

and besides, fly a pelican, they're more fun (if u dont know how, look at the post by lebowski. i explained it 2 him)

I am so stupid. Before I started messing around with Blood Gultch, I backed up the .map file. I forgot to do that with a30. So, I had to uninstall the game. Anyway, I have it back and I am getting ready to make the mod.

is this on the level halo (thats what i thought u said neway) cuz bungie made sure that u cant get in banshees on that level

Yep. It's the level Halo. So, as I understand, you can;t get in Banshee's in the PC verson.

... Are you sure? I've rode a banshee in the level Halo for Retail Pc... Or is there another question?

Ya. What the heck? Exactly what do I need to to to fly a Banshee on "Halo" using HMT3?
