Halo is just Doom with aliens instead of demons, fact.
Also, Ninja Gaiden, although the gameplay doesn't even look remotely similar. To me, it seems like GTA during a different era...it looks like it has a story/main objective, but like it'd just be more fun to fuck around with for 10 minutes killing everything possible. And of course, then it'd get boring.
I don't plan on getting it, aside from the CE looking very nice, it just doesn't appeal to me.

Mhm. The gameplay isn't really similar to any other game.
Huge world. Not like any "ninja games" I can recall.
Interactive cinematics.
Unique combat system.
Cool fight/death sequences.
Exploration, mainly upwards.
Stealth or brute force approach to targets.
AI that actively reacts to your actions in the world and your appearance.
I'm more interested in finding something identical to another game of this type. If you have some to present, please do so so I can compare them.

You know I had to do a extra round of therapy and pills because of you.
...and you think I was nuts about Bioshock
Pfff.
Excuse me I need to do some deep breathing exorcises.

You didn't Play it, you Read it.
Shut Up.
Try Again.

Edit:
Me too. The Demo did suck. Everything was scripted. It was the beginning level ( you would know that if you played the game.)Tural wrote:Sorry for expecting a demo to make me want a game, not be so terrible that I would never consider touching it.
The Later levels are the more enjoyable ones.
