its not wierd, its just a yelo message.
Hit the crouch button, B, and Y at the same time while using yelo and the message will appear.
The first time I found out about this I thought someone hacked my xbox or that a virus was on my xbox displaying popups in halo 2 which didn't make any sense at all.
