It's flagged as a special classification in the maps, Bungie only. (03)
It isn't a standard armor type, it doesn't show up in the armor counts.
Bungie guys don't all have that medal.
People on the internet are idiots.
There have been 500 other ways suggested.
Being on the front page of that site means nothing.
The flaming helmet is a chest piece, it is not a helmet permutation.
