Sniping is about the only way I can beat Legendary + all skulls. That and scaling the cliffs on the side and such. That only works until you get to the Flood levels though. From there's I take the enemies one at a time and work my way through. That's how I beat it anyway.

The all Skulls+Legendary challenge on Single Player is probably one of the hardest gaming challenges I've ever seen.

Enemies throw tons of grenades, your shields don't recharge unless you kill them with a melee (which is hard when they have 2x Legendary health), they dodge out of the way of your grenades, ammo is scarce (you have to pick up enemy weapons to take out the Brutes' shields), the upgraded Brute armor gets pretty damn tough to kill, and to top it all off...you die once and you're back at the start of the mission.

I don't see how it's possible unless you're just really really fucking good at Halo.

I haven't beaten it with all skulls turned on at once, but I have done some. And like I said in my previous post, avoiding as much enemy contact as possibly appears to be the only way. I mean glitching, scaling walls, whatever you can do.

Edit: I'm not saying I have a lot of experience the matter.
