Why cant you get catch? I got it on my first run.
from CNN-

did you finish the game on normal or higher first? cuz i think you need to before getting that skull.

I got it on my first run.
No i got it the first time I played campaign i finished the mission, then went back and got the skull.

You are required to play on normal or higher for any skulls to appear.

I mean actually complete the entire game on normal or higher(as in play every level in the same order all the way through to the credits and stuff and unlock the achievement for doing so....)
