Yea they got some that are realy close to the originals, Last resort is Zanzibar just upgraded, Gaurdian is pretty close to lockout and will easily take its thrown. And theres a few that are just a simular basic layout like the Vahlalla/Coag resemblence. And look at the last map pack they released for halo 2, 2 halo 1 maps, so there fond of the idea of releasing updated old maps. Id bet money thell bring some old ones back, especially beaver creek.
I like the new Zanzibar. It seems smaller though. Hmmm
Err your kidding right.... its like zanzibar put under a magnafying glass, its much bigger than the original, look for instance at the big round object that sits out in between the beach and the wheel. Compare it to 2s, its much larger now, same thing can be done with the wheel.
Don't be.

It definately seemed smaller to me when I played it. Oh well.

Thats because it is bigger, when I played it I definitely noticed how bigger it was,

@ GTAF - Your right, the wheel is much larger as well.

Saved films really disappointed me. The fastest you can go through a film is about double speed, and there's no rewind function, just the backward button, which skips about 10 seconds backward at a time. It makes it sort of hard to show someone something more than halfway into an hour and a half long Forge game. :?

yup. Exactly what I was thinking

I also hate how you can't use fly mode in theater on cutscene.

the assault rifle is too week... it takes almost a whole clip to kill someone in mp... i like how it was in H1 allot better, other than that i wish they made the campaign longer.

overall i am happy with the game, very happy

Beat downs suck compared to Halo 2. Beat downs don't register quick enough! I will shoot a guy with a full clip of AR and I end up dieing by one whack. The AR is a piece of shit as well...

beat downs register to slow. i loose 80% of the melee fights but on my screen i hit him faster than he hit me.
my biggest dissapointment is the AR.
it sounds like a fart.
but anything else is fine with me

My beat downs seem like they don't register at all some times. I could beat down someone and it will register about 1 sec later. 0.75 seconds late. :P

Hahaha, I just lost a game losing by an unregistered beat down against host. It is unbelievable!

He had 24 and I had 23. He had no shield...

Ouch that sucks, I think it depends on your internet provider, and how good they are.

I really think they should have spent more time developing better sounds for some of the guns... Like the AR and BR.

And the mongoose horn, wtf is that?

No it doesn't. I have a 10mbps connection and id say a good half the time my melees dont register. Even tho it appears on my screen that i beat them down first, I die and they continue playing.

I have 54mbps connection and mine don't register as well. It's like I hit them, they keep walking, then I die.

I was playing a game earlier and someone quit and it went into the black screen, and it said "Searching for new host..." So I think we still host them.

They choose a host, and everything that registers for them, registers for everybody else.
