I noticed when I first opened the case that the actual game disc was loose and rolling around inside the tin. I now have quite a few scratches, none of which look too serious, all over my disc.
Anybody else notice the same thing?
How did Microsoft miss something like that, it's quite easy to see that tiny little peg on the inside lid wouldn't hold the disc in place after a moderate amount of moment.
Same thing happened to me. I heard the discs moving around when I got it and when I got home both were outside their pegs... The entire case was a terrible design in my opinion. The halo 2 one was better.
i got it, brought it home, opened it to find it scratched.
i returned it, and asked to open the new one is store... scratched again
we went through 4 copies until we found 1 non-scratched bonus disk, then we swapped the game disk for a normal one (not special addition, therefore normal case)

I got the Collector's Edition yesterday, and I had the same thing, discs rolling in the tins. While unfortunate, the discs only had minor scratches on them, none of which prevented successful reading.

Looks like I'm going to stop by EB Games and get mine exchanged, because everytime I try to play Crows Nest, the game crashes and says its unreadable...
