Yeah, you can get skulls on Normal and up as far as I know, that's where I got them.

You have to activate it in the pregame lobby of campaign.

It doesn't activate right away. U need to go into the pregame lobby, hit x and turn it on.

Veegie and I got IWHBYD right after that other thread was made, now we just went back and did it with Xero. Win. We're going around in Matchmaking listening to people ask how we got three full sets. I believe the consensus was that you walk backwards through the full game, on Legendary. :3

Detox. 1 is closest to the entrance and 7 is at the prophet.

i can help people find skulls. Also for the IWHBYD skull does it automaticly give it to you after you jump through them?

No. It spawns at the light bridge you cross over to go to the Prophet.

Get to the rings.
Fight through with the Flood on your team.
Trigger Prophet cutscene.
Fight through, kill all the Flood. Do not leave the area of the rings.
Jump through the rings in this order: 1 3 4 6 7 5 4 6 5 4 5 3 4 (Note: The last right, closest to Truth, is 7. The farthest, the one you see when you first arrive, is 1.)
They will all light up and start flashing.
Go to the light bridge you cross to fight Truth.
Right at the base of it, where you first activated the switch, the skull is sitting there.
