Found Confirmation: IWHBYD is located on "The Covenant", though, that isn't very reassuring. It's got such a massive playable area... though, I played through it earlier today with a friend for metagame points, so I'm going to flip through the film when I get the chance.

EDIT: Found the Tilt skull description on Bungie.
Enemy resistances are greatly increased. For example, the Brute power armor is normally pretty resistant to human weapons to begin with and fairly fragile against plasma shots. With Tilt turned on, the Brute armor is practically 100% resistant to any human projectiles and can only be taken down by plasma bursts.

Damn it, I thought it was on the hall right below that part. >_<

Skulls can be collected on any difficulty, right?

Just something I noticed today while playing...Skulls don't activate when you pick them up in the game. So if you're playing Crow's Nest, and want to pick up Black Eye, then go get Grunt Birthday Party...you won't have to deal with the whole "shields not recharging unless you get a melee kill" thing.

What I dislike is once you turn them on, they stay on indefinatly until you turn it off...Not very kool when I start playing campaign again only to have no shield recharge when thousands of enemies are charging at me with flimsy limbs.

Also, if you havent heard or experienced for yourself (I found out through that latter), skulls can't be found if you don't start from the beginning. So any insertion points makes the skulls lolb& from being found.

Just want to clarify that you mean the beginning of the mission, not the first mission. ;p -GTAF

Yes, you have to start from the beginning of the mission. You cannot start from "Rally point Alpha" (or whatever it says).

Apparently no one has (I heard SKE7CH found it...some name like that, don't know if that's supposed to be someone important), or if they have, it has not become widely known/the method to get it is unknown.

From what I heard he is part of the Bungie team.
Mabe a way we can scan the map for it like spawns or scripts?

Thing is, there's no scripts or strings that'd give it away as far as I know...nothing happens when you pick up a Skull, aside from it being added to your "inventory" of Skulls.

He is. Ske7ch is Brian Jarrard.
The skull is on the map "The Covenant." (File name: 100_citadel.map)

I Would Have Been Your Daddy.

In Halo 2, it was a Skull that never had a set method to appear other than a patch/script created by Soldier of Lite. It was pretty damn difficult to get the effect to occur, because you had to be on Legendary, get the Skull to appear, then fight off hordes of Spec Ops Elites wielding tons of different weapons with only a Plasma Pistol to start with. It did (and supposedly still does) "unlock" extra dialog from the Marines. Not sure if other AI had extra lines, but the Marines definitely said different things.
