Lmao, nice saying, But No, its not over and won't be over for along time. Halo CE and PC modding is still going around, When Halo 3 modding becomes big then Halo 2 modding might slim down alittle bit but it will still be big, for 3 reasons,L0d3x wrote:After we all finished the fight, it's back to halo2 modding
1) Alot of people DON'T want to touch/even try to mod their 360.
2) A majority of people don't have 360's
3) Alot of low level people won't be modding Halo 3 because of the forge system, with its map editing, and alot of them like to mod for moving spawns etc. Unlike the higher ranking modders that like model injections/skinning etc.

I don't think it's done at all, I'll still be here programming most likely, although I've never released any modding programs because they have never been significantly better than ones already out, usually not even close to as good, but I'm getting better now. I am working on a basic map editing program right now though, maybe i'll release that, and hopefully make it less glitchy than Entity, it definitely wouldn't have all the features of entity, but maybe it'll have some bug free goodness to it. That is if I ever get it done.Halo4Ever wrote:Lmao, nice saying, But No, its not over and won't be over for along time. Forge doesnt satisfy people's so desperate need of "IMA SHOOTING SCARAB SHOTS FROM MY AUTOMATIC SHOTGUN"Halo4Ever wrote:Lmao, nice saying, But No, its not over and won't be over for along time. And just because some people, such as myself have decided to do halo 2 modding less, or quit completly doesn't mean it'd be dead at all... I look forward to seeing what you guys get up to and see if you totally obliterate what previous modders have done with your own mods.
If the second part was directed to me I said it was still going to be big not gone.ScottyGEE wrote:Forge doesnt satisfy people's so desperate need of "IMA SHOOTING SCARAB SHOTS FROM MY AUTOMATIC SHOTGUN"Halo4Ever wrote:Lmao, nice saying, But No, its not over and won't be over for along time.
