actually you can just make the bullets slide up once everytime the fp-fire animation goes off. or you can do it like the warthog does it with a A-IN and A-OUT thing in guerilla dn A-OUT being a texture that scrolls up really fast that makes it look like the bullets are "blurred from movement"

i dare say these are the best models i have ever seen. absolutely beautiful. on a scale of 1-10 they're approaching oo. there's some minor detail issues (the only one that comes to mind is the empty chain coming out of the MG) but that's my only issue with these.
also, why don't you like the source FP view? i think it's fine.. these would also render better (imo) in the source engine.

Dude. No. Do you even know who Katarn and Snaf are?They are some of the few 1337est modelers that have ever set foot in CE. =D
It looks like there is a lot of weapons going on, but have you guys started the actual modding yet? Like implementing the weapons into Halo, getting your BSP running, and doing all the scripting/hacking?
