Entity Errors, Out of the Blue

Post by MilyardoX2 »

InvalidArgument=Value of '-**********' is not valid for 'start'.
Parameter name: start.

I get that error when ever I go into the meta editor of entity. I have changed my plug-ins, tried with 4 different entity versions, and with ALL the tags in my map. I have also tried on CLEAN MAPS and I still get the error. the number"-**********" is always negative and a different number for each tag. This just started happening out of no where, Entity has never given me problems before. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

It's not translating reflexives properly. Either your maps are fucked up, or your using vista.

I don't have Vista and my Maps are Clean.
I thought that too, but neither of those things applies to me. Thats why this isn't making sense. I did install word and Microsoft Visual Studio, two nights ago, could that have effected entity in anyway? That is the only system change I have made. I also thought that my dotnetfx could be a bad version(I've never heard of that happening, but I was thinking of ALL possibilities)

Now that I really think about it I have a map that I could use the meta editor in the scnr tag, I just tried opening the meta editor for that map and I get an error. Has this ever happened to other people?

1. Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0.
2. Use H2MapChecker to verify that your base map, mainmenu, shared, and single_player_shared are clean.
3. Use Entity AI v1.3 without changing ANY of the plugins.

Good luck! Also, why havn't you been on AIM? PLEASE get on!
