Once you get them, you will be able to turn each effect on and off in the menu, then you can play with that effect.

So, it's not like the Halo 2 skulls. Once you get the skull once, you have the ability to toggle the effects of the skull forever? Finally. It was a complete waste of time in Halo 2, because they only lasted as long as your xbox was on :p. I miss the "make-your-enemies-explode-with-a-headshot" skull.

More like it worked as long as halo 2 dominated your XYZ drives.

I was rather happy to hear about details surrounding skulls. Not a whole lot that hasn't already been gathered, but the summary and explanation was excellent.

Looks fancy...I like how the statistics for matches are fairly detailed compared to Halo 2's.
