just as the elites and scotty are about to fight it goes to blue screen, this occurs after alot of woort woorting and bad mouthing each other "but in ways that are tv approved lol" Scotty: did you elites start this?

Is that because ScottyGEE's pictures don't specifically show any super glue?

How's this instead:

Okay, here's what you do: Grab the rock, go to the shards of glass, and go over to the crack in the sidewalk. Seeping from the crevasse is Glicermalachyte (name irrelevant), a well-known, naturally occurring, super-adhesive. Using the rock as a handle and the glass as a blade, piece together your own type of "energy sword" with the Glicermalachyte.

I LOVE IT LOL!, Nice name on one of those buildings, "turals pussy house" haha, My guess is that scottygee laughs when bungie finds out the elites are hardcore cheaters! and they get smashed by the furious ban hammer and get splattered all over!

Simply put...No.
The reason is that you are not necessarily dictating what happens, you offer advice. Poorly explained? Heres an example:

eg1: "You should get the chicken, throw it at the cat, then walk up to the car, start it up, fly to the moon and launch a nuclear missle at korea."

What this should be is:
"get the chicken and throw it at the cat"

You see, just that little bit of advise is what I need, as whilst you dictate the events that I perform I choose what comes up next, and then you respond to that situation again.

Alot of people seem to be consistently ignoring this rule. TCMC's suggestion still doesn't follow the rules, and neither do very many others. You tell the CHARACTER ScottyGEE what to do, not ScottyGEE himself. You don't control the plot; not entirely anyway. You make suggestions on what the character should do, not tell a piece of the story and have him draw it.
