It's not an easter egg...it's a Japanese made ROM hack. There's loads of them, some of which include levels very similar to this.

exactly its a rom, not the actual game for nintendo.

Nothing compared to working for like a year to get all the stars in Mario 64. My god, seeing Yoshi was so worth it.

reminds me of super mario frustration from youtube...Damn that game is the total opposite of this, it requires so much effort to complete...I still haven't done it =(

i have that Mario, well because i have all of them muhahahaha Mario ftw. anyways ya still even though it is fake cool, i wish you really could do that just leave come back and like be done and have a perfect score without doing anything lol
