Skinning help (I need)

Whenever I try to open Halo2IB this message comes up
"Component 'COMDLG32.OXC' or one of its dependancies are not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" what can I do to fix this?

I would try redownloading it.

I would consider backing up your current .ocx as well first, so you can revert back if this isn't the solution.
