this is a repost of the cel shaded halo mod i made a while ago.

its not really cel shaded, just a HUGE number of skins.

i have included the dds files (they were requested, please don't remove them moderators) and a preview of the cyborg sking from the upcoming version 2 of the mod (to be released this summer)

dude...the d/l doesnt have PPF file it only says "file"

I like the mod, but could you make the whole thing like that? Not just the characters and vehicles. Like the older Gamecube game, CEL DAMAGE? I love that game.

thanks for all the positive feedback, just a few things:

this mod is a re-skinning of every character, weapon and vehicle, with a few other things as well. (like flags)

some of the skins aren't finished or are crap, ill be re making alomost all of the skins for the version 2, but i donnt have the time right now

if the ppf says its just a file, rename it to add .ppf on the end, then it will work (sorry i forgot to do this myself)
