Um, yeah. But most of the models are mine, I gave Nitro permission to use them.

Only Nitro is allowed to use them (and the other select few I have given permissions from. Point out other mods using them, and I will force them to remove my work.

lime, I talked to Nitrous, and he says you GAVE him the SMG models (the only ones you did for the mod), and he gives me permission to use them. Of course, others may not.
Lime, I suggest you go talk to nitrous, cuz im not quite sure whats going on lol, but I'm continuing the mod, and giving you your credit.

I really, REALLY hate to agree with Barber here, but he's got a point. Unless you took out a patent on these models, they are free for anyone to use. Besides, whats the big deal if he's giving you credit for them?

Well, all I can say is, your all lucky MS/Bungie/Gearbox hasn't started prosecuting, because technically your violating their intellectual property by modding their original maps and using them in your mods...

If anything you should be giving credit to bungie/MS/gearbox for their parts in the game, not other modders/moddellers that have screwed over intellectual property anyways...

Your god damn lucky that game developers don't see modders as a problem, otherwise none of us would be having these conversations...so STFU and stop moaning about "rights", you have NONE, except for the programs you make!

Alright, all you morons. Patents are for physical objects, any electronic work or documents receives copyrights and even if not copyrighted receives protection as intellectual property.

They are NOT Nitro's, and I made it clear to him when I sent them to him he could use them. If they are included in the final release, I contact Grenadiac or another admin/moderator to remove the download.

I also did the Battle Rifle model, and all the recticles bar the Guass Warthog and Sniper Rifle.
