Ok what im trying to do is swap the flag for a grunt. Yes i know this is easy and for some reason I can't remember! Im not a noob and think i have figured out a way to make capture the grunt. This is a rebuilt map just in case that matters.

uhh.... what i wud do is get the grunt from a different level and then just swap the grunts model for the flags model using Deadly Shadow's model plugin(HMT)
Well mother, life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get. Your life on the other hand is like a box of active grenades!
Or you could find the flag in the scenario file's xml (before you rebuild it) and copy it and change the filename tag to whatever the grunt is.
I think taking out the flag all together will definitely give you an exception(unless the grunt is actually a flag).
