With increased border control we've essentially cut of Mexican illegal immigrants from returning to Mexico, essentially forcing them to stay in the US, which in the end is helping our economy. And trust me, they aren't stealing "our" jobs. If anything we need to make immigration easier, but Mexico really hates losing its incredibly cheap labor. If I lived in Mexico, I'd gtfo and stay out.
You're all focusing more on "how do we keep them out?" instead of "why do we even keep them out?"

never said they weren't people i have hispanic friends but there are alot of hispanic people that are just plain lazy, i can't really grasp how they help the economy. Please enlighten me danke the way i see it white people in texas loose jobs because 1 main important thing there lazy don't want to get there hands dirty anymore and i think that goes for majority of americans now a days. 2 companies can hire illegals and pay them less and get either equivalent or more work from them because there making a lot more money than they were.

Did you ever consider that because we are paying them less, it means that we are getting more work done for cheaper? And yes, these are jobs that Americans wont take, but these immigrants are more than willing to do. I don't see how this hurts our economy. You're not making any sense, everything you say conflicts with other things you are saying.

Bottom line, With out them we wouldn't have some of the things we have no, if they want to come to this country to work for less well thats their business. And dont say oh what about the ones that come here not to work because how can you get mad at them when they come here not to work, and not get mad at the ones that are here legally and dont work just because they know they will get a monthly check and some stamps.
The problem with America well not really America, but most white people in this country is that they think if you are not white then you have no place here, They want this land for themselves (please note that I said most at the beginning of this statement) and they don't want another race coming and trying to make something for themselves.

It's cheap labor at a higher wage than they would get in Mexico, and they're happy to work for it and we're happy to give it to them. The problem I see is that because they're illegal immigrants they get worse jobs than they are qualified for. I know about six 40 year old illegal immigrants with bachelors in commerce and communications, etc, that they got in the US and they all work as house cleaners and in construction (not even as contractors or foremen.) If they're willing to do the work and not even for a full wage, I don't see why it should go to Bob the citizen who doesn't want to get his hands dirty. If anything it will keep the money they make inside the US, because they aren't going back to Mexico anymore, and Bob will get up off his ass and get to work.
If lazy texans don't want to work, than why should hard working immigrants not be allowed to do that work?
Also, the proper procedure is bullshit. It's way to personal and the US embassy in Mexico hands out visas like they're willy wonka tickets. Meanwhile you're working in a maquiladora and you're making a nickel a week.

Maybe, but you do realize that these immigrants aren't doing it for themselves most of the time. Many of them send back 80% of their earnings back to their country, to their families. Having them work here is a mutual benefit. Of course, we paying our tax dollars for these people who's earnings leave the American money cycle isn't good, but honestly, does it look like we need the money?

The logistics of simply ignoring people and leaving them illegitimate in this age is laughable...the government needs to tax the populace. If they don't, there's lost income that should be legitimized. If you work to make the "illegal" citizens legal, and do it efficiently, and then make it so that "illegal" immigrants don't have to get here by crossing borders, then it's better for everyone in the system.
