You should probably just kill your parents and become king of the interwebs.

I'm basically the admin of my house. And anyone else who leaves their wireless network unprotected in my street.
If anything, I watch over what the other users in my house do.
Funny thing to do when someone pisses you off, be it sibling/parent/neighbour, go into the router page and block the keyword ".com" Needless to say, lots of regularly used sites become unusable
But with regards to your situation, I don't know what to say. From what I know, I don't think censorship is like this in the U.K.
Well at least I've never heard of anyone with this level of 'protectiveness'

Yeah, I control anything computer related around my home, and our network is huge. That KidsGoGoGo thing looks pretty heavy, but everyone knows that nothing is impossible to bypass with a computer. Your best bet would be to try and attack the source, being that it logs whatever you do from your computer. I understand that it takes long passwords too, so look around for where your parents might have put a written copy of the password. Or better yet, corrupt a file or 2 in the program using a HEX Editor or RecHacker (both legal). That pull suspicion away from you and puts it on the company, and messes up the software directly so the parents can't do anything about it. Deleting files will not work.
someone in my family tried to log onto my pc once while i was at college one day and locked the pc because they couldnt find the password and when it locked up they couldnt shut the pc down.
