changing music in a vehicle??

i no what to do but i cant remember what the program is called to convert the music does anybody no and can u post a link to the tut to plz (if i mess up on somthing) ok i found it myself it took alot of looking hers the link if anybody wants it:

I'm assuming you're talking about Halo PC.
Download the codec from here: http://forums.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=60872

Read the readme file (because it has important instructions), install, and off you go. Sounds extracted from Halo should work fine.
