The witness saw flies around the bag but thought it was a dead animal. After poking a hole in the bag, a hand fell out. She then called police.

My first reaction when seeing a bag in the middle of the woods with flies swarming it would either be:

A) Well, this is a textbook body dumping, time to call the police.
B) Somebody's dumping trash in the forest, better call the police so they can find out who it is and fine them.
C) Hmm...dead, possibly diseased something or other, better stay away from that.

Poking a hole in it was probably not the best decision.

HOLY **** SOMEONE CALL POLICE THERES A BODY IN THE BAD OH MY ****ING GOD!!!!!

and also a guy got convicted of murder like less then 10 miles away from my house actually i think it was pretty close to my school. heard it on the news awhile ago.

some guy was found in a burnt pickup less than a mile from my house at the construction of another house. they said he lit the truck on fire with a cig and didn't realize it lol. actually we have murders in my town but they always get dismissed as oh they were drunk only once was some guy convicted and it was a hit and run. back to your murder i would be freaked out when i saw the hand then be like omg its like CSI. I always make jokes when un appropriate, its a bad habit.

So was it just murder or what?

There was, come to find out, a meth lab down the street from our house. One morning me and my dad heard gun shots and a women screaming bloody murder, followed by police sirens and MORE gunshots. Me and my dad and other neighbors rushed outside to see on girl fully naked dead in the street...shot to death...One guy shot to death trying to flee in a car by the police and a massive drug bust as well. Me and all the neighbor kids got to watch them carry off all the bodies and stuff. We even got on the local news. We've moved since then.

my neighborhood i used to live in had acouple sexual predators convicted the year i moved, back on topic were you scared this might happen closer to you when it happened?
