At the moment, it'll be a stickied topic. People will post their gametypes/setups like so:

Super Awesome Valhalla

Change weapon spawn times to .1 second with full ammo.
Added a teleporter to go to a weapon cache I made up in corner X.

Since you'll be able to share them over Xbox Live, you'll just need to say something like "look for X by me, person Y". At least...this is what I hope the topic will be like.

Silly Gametag, I posted it in the staff board.

Sneak peak:
Halo 3 User Content Thread wrote:Post any Forge variant ideas, gametype settings, power-ups, and other things of the sort in this thread. Also, it would be nice to link your Bungie.net profile if you have the files uploaded for sharing, that way members could simply go to the Bungie.net profile you have, flag the files for download, then Halo 3 will automatically download them to their Xbox 360 hard drive next time they start the game. If you want to simply list the settings, or don't have the files on your sharing, that's fine too. I'll periodically add Bungie.net profiles to this main post, so you can quickly access everyone's file sharing page conveniently.

I wonder if you can overload the game with all the stuff you spawn by putting it all together on the bridge on the wheel on Last Resort like you could in Zanzibar.

How/why would that overload the game?

He means the glitch people do by getting many people/objects on one part of the map and making it disappear.

You might as well mod to have Inf Credits for Forge.

Since it varies from level to level, its probably just a value within the level which you'd be able to change. And then if modding actually kicks off, meta addition and placement via forge...Elephant addition in the small level style :P
Who cares about pracicality (yeah, just incase Tural or GTAF want to counter that)

That will be the highlight of everyone of my days.

Also, I thought GTAF didn't post his name in the user notes. :P

I don't. User notes are a section of your profile only viewable by staff, where we write your various infractions, and the date they occurred. Think of it as your permanent record.

But anyways, I'm curious to see if anyone will make a "King of the Hill" map with all the spawns in an enclosed arena of sorts...that sounds like fun. :P

Apparently extensive customization with endless possibilities doesn't warrant discussion. I see.

Nobody's making it an "OMG HYPE MACHINE." This thread is for discussion and ideas. I fail to see what function your post serves in this regard. Ok, you don't like the "hype." So?

well if i started a new thread it would be locked because it could be posted in the forge thread, and i would want to edit highground so that beach spawns with a tank and has to control the territory inside the base.
