Topics not being marked as yead.

I have this recurring problem where I'll look through a topic, and it won't be 'read'. It seems to happen incessantly and will only occasionally mark topics as read. (Or I hit the 'Mark all topics as read' button, which gets annoying as sometimes I'll forget to read a topic and completely miss it.)

Like right now, it's saying this topic is unread when I just posted it.

That happens to me, rarely. Maybe once out of 50-100 posts it doesn't mark my new reply as read. I don't know how, if even possible, to diagnose the problem or fix it. I don't find it to be a major inconvenience.
