Help With Hex Editing

hi i really havent have the slighest idea what im doing what im trying to do is get the warthog to shoot plasma grenades and the shotgun to shoot rockets but i havent really a clue what to do could any of you help or point me to a Quite Descriptive Tutorial

Ok, go to my site and go to "How To Hack". Go to the bottom where it says "Hex Editing". Read that tutorial.
