How to transfer the map back to the Xbox?

I'm really sorry for making all these threads, Im just really frustrated. Everytime I try to FTP a file back to my Xbox, it fails. How do I fix this?

Restart your xbox and ftp program, maybe even your computer. This happens to me often but just a restart of either the xbox or ftp program solves it, so it should work the same for you.

Make sure your ftp is set up with you xbox's username and password.

Another suggestion: If you're using Windows Explorer/IE to ftp, try using another program like FlashFXP or SmartFTP. Also, I'd suggest using wired over wireless when transferring files (both on your xbox and your PC).

Yeah, but I got the maps off of the disc. I'm using a crossover cable and FlashFXP. So I can just put them back on the disc after restarting my Xbox and computer?

You cant put maps back on the halo 2 disc you have to have halo 2 on your hard drive.

I do have Halo 2 on my hard drive, but how do I get to the folder where I put the map?

Well just put the new map in the 'maps' folder in you halo2 folder that is on your HDD. If you don't know where your halo2 folder is because you let some application put it on for you, try searching the E anf F drives for a 'games' folder, should be in there.
