effect sizing
ive been trying to get the phantom's impact effect sized down by 30% of it's original size, but i tried to size down all the scale numbers mentioned in turk's effect tutorial, and i scaled down all the numbers by 30%, but then i couldn't even see the effect. then i ovverwrote size chunks from the plasma rifle's impact effect, but that just made it look weird. does anyone know how the heck to correctly use the scale for the effects?
