I Tried over and Over for 1 Hour Now, I Cant seem to do it, So i Need some Help, I'll Tell you Step by Step what I Have down and You can tell me if i Missed Anything.
1) I Went to 'CHAR' In Entity 1.3 AI And did all of the marines 'Permutation' and Base permutation SIDs.. For Permutation i Put 'odst_cky and for Base permutation i Put cky, after i done that i went to 'BIPD' And Change the Marines SID/Permutation to 'odst_cky", Then thats It, when i Start the game, there is alot of the ODSTs around but theres still 2-4 marines in the group with Random suits, Look Stupid. So if you can Plz tell what I Did wrong or Did not Do That be Great.
I'll have 1 More question Later on, Its about getting ODSTs into the Other campaign Leaves, I Did what one of the Posts Said about Drag and drop, But it Killed my Map, I Could not Open It.
ODST Into SP Maps
The ODST char tag should control the variations of marines. It only does that when you edit the jmad which I believe you have. Mainly because I have the same problem! Except I need the normal marine, and since you posted this I mine as well wait to see what replys come. One thing that may help is going to the hlmt tag of the marine (meta editor) and changing the variation SID references in that.
Edit: I changed the fifth variation to default and he spawns with pilots helmet or johnson head, but the body is staying marine.

eh, I'm still Getting That 2-3 Random Suites, I Dont Understand for the Elites, Its easy And it Works, I Like the Gold elites ok, So i made them all Gold, and that Works fine.
And i did not do anything with the jmad, This was clean new Map i got from the disk, and the only 2 things i Went to was 'BIPD' And 'CHAR' Oh sorry And i went to the 'Weap' to Fix up the BR A bit, But Thats all i Did.
