why did u repost this? Oh well who cares its a great tut. Im hoping it works for vehciles too. Oh and its not very elaborate on what we find and replace. Do i put the in game name of the wep/vehicle or the one that halo reads. Like instead of plasmarifle to i put p.l.a.s..m.a..r.i.f.l.e?

EDIT:Also, I'm on windows vista ultimate, but when i save me hex edited maps in hex workshop, after i save them and try to open them , they are back to normal. Do you know what could be happening?

Make sure you click 'replace all' instead of ok in the replace box mb?

alright, and ill be releasing a hella sweet mod soon, not using this btw, and my friend will be releasing a mod that i will be rebuilding using this. Does it matter how many u duplicate? cause i was thinking maybe 5-6 of this particular object.

You can duplicate as many as you like, you just need to find bitmap slots and weapons to overwrite...

Update, if you duplicate the effects folder as well, you get some pretty good effects.

i made a l33t mod with effects that like went cablooowie

but i ran out of effect tags and well...i kinda failed

haha that was when i was beginner.
