why do they have to be .cmp files why couldnt they just be. map cuz converting all that stuff is annoying and chanes the names of the maps so dont kno whci h map i want when i make cuztom games

CMP is a much better tool than having to copy maps and apply PPF patches.

i agree with ShadowKhas, adn if you want edit the name of the file to a bit more descriptive EG: Warton Cove - icefields.cmp. now idk if Warton Cove actually goes to icefields but you get my point. also if you are in mac then add something to the Spotlight notes.
