a quick bitmap question

my whole map is iced out
and the ground is still orange wtf
what do i gotta change

the ground bitmap it will say "ground" in its tag

i changed the ground tags
and is still orange!!!
why???
can someone tell me what tag it is specifally so i know if i skipped a bitmap or not please?
